The Grand is an owners corporation (formerly a body corporate) whose members are the owners of lots within the premises referred to as Grand Central Apartments, 53 Spencer Street, Docklands 3008. The Grand comprises 213 apartments. Members are owner occupiers, or owner investors who lease or rent out their apartments.
