Cleaning is a big job at the Grand. The Owners Corporation employs 1Call to do the cleaning and they do a very good job. Over the first few months of their contract 1Call have cleaned the outside doors, lights and entrances to the building, cleaned the pool surrounds with an acid wash, scrubbed the car park floors, and generally brought a sparkle to rubbish rooms. Their work continues.
