... your fees will not increase

You recently received a letter from a representative of Fulbright that contained misleading and/or inaccurate information concerning our Grand FY2010 financial statements. I believe this is highly unprofessional conduct - we have an Owners Corporation manager, namely, Stewart Silver King and Burns, and their accountant has recently signed off our completed FY2010 financial statements

Our Grand financial statements have never been released to you this early before - please feel free to download them, go through them in fine detail and ask SSKB if you have any questions whatsoever. Your new committee and your new manager have nothing to hide.

The Fulbright letter referred to a proposal by the 2009 Budget Subcommittee ... but failed to mention that subcommittee comprised solely representatives of Fulbright. Our FY2010 Administration Fund actual expenditure was $69,023 less than Fulbright's proposed $816,863 expenditure.

I have promised Grand owners that I will use their proxies to vote for FY2011 Administration Fund fees of $675,101 ... and I will not break that promise. Your fees will not increase. But, ... if you want me to deliver my promise to you, then you will need to download Proxy to Brice, complete it, and email or post it back to me.

Please note that I only ask for your vote for 1 day, but, if you give your proxy to a representative of Fulbright for 1 year, then Fulbright may use your vote for other purposes without consulting you again.
