At the next AGM, I will use your proxies to reduce our Administration Fund fees again and transfer surplus funds to our Maintenance Fund so we will have enough money to repair and maintain the following:

• domes
• roof anchors
• elevators
• retaining walls
• pool area
• wrought iron fence
OC contracts have been renegotiated, significant costs savings have been achieved and our OC now has sufficient funds to expend $500,000 during the next year to expedite restoration of the Grand back to 5 star standard - the Grand can once again become ... Melbourne's finest residential apartments.
If you give your proxy to me, I will use it to maintain our reduced fees and increase the value of our Grand investment.
However, if you give your proxy to a representative of Fulbright, and if your proxy is then used to increase the Administration Fund fees proposed by representatives of Fulbright last year by 5%, then your fees may increase by $200,865.
